Item replacement and size change

The product may be replaced for another within the legally defined period, provided that it is not damaged and used. The costs of return shall be borne by the customer. As a customer, you have the right but not the obligation to state the reasons for such replacement.

Replacement must be completed within the legally defined period of 14 days from the date the package is received.

  • In the case that a product deviates from the specification, we will replace your product for another and all costs shall be borne by us.

  • The warranty shall not apply in the case of a defect caused by improper use.

  • In the case that a  product is to be replaced for the same one of another size, we are obliged to replace the item if it is available, i.e. in stock. If the purchased product subject to replacement is not in stock at that time, we are obliged to replace the product with another chosen by the customer, with any difference in price being either charged or refunded depending on the price of the original item. In the event of a replacement option not being available, we are  obliged to refund the money to the customer, and the costs of the refund shall be borne by the customer.

For all justified complaints, we shall bear all transportation costs.
