If you would like to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at or on 064/1009-177. You will need to provide the order number found in the order confirmation email you received or in My Profile if you are a registered user of our online store.

l  You may edit your data when you log in to our website using your username and password to access the My Profile page. This is where you can also edit other personal data, view your orders, their status, and your favorite products.

l  If you made a purchase as a “guest”, i.e. you are not registered on our site, please contact us at or on 064/1009-177 as soon as you notice the error.

It is possible to change an item for another or the same item of a different size. In addition to the returned item, it is necessary to submit the printed and completed contract cancellation form that we provide when delivering the package.

l  Cash on delivery;

l  Card payments;

l  Paying at the post office or bank.

Once we receive and process your order, the goods will be delivered to you within 48 hours. All orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the first working day of the next week. 

Delivery is carried out by the Post Express courier service. Delivery is free of charge and can be to a home address anywhere in the Republic of Serbia.

1. Find the product(s) you want, select the quantity, and click the ADD TO CART button.

2.  After you have finished selecting, clicking on MY CART in the upper right corner of the screen will open a preview page listing all your chosen items. Fill in the empty fields with the address you want the items delivered to.

3. Select a payment method, and if there are any special notes to be made, you can enter them in the comment field.

4. Click CONFIRM to confirm your order.

5. You'll receive a confirmation email as well as any further notifications about your order to the email address you supplied.
