Terms and conditions of delivery

Delivery Deadline


  • After the order is confirmed, the order enters processing. After your order is processed, you will be notified of the status of your order via email. The order processing period usually lasts 1 business day. All orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the first working day of the next week. The delivery deadline of 48 hours for the territory of the Republic of Serbia begins on the day your order is processed.

  • Deliveries are not made during weekends or public holidays.


Takeover of Packages

The Post Express courier service delivers  between 08:00 and 19:00. Please ensure that during this period there is a person at the address who can receive the package. When receiving the package, it is necessary to visually inspect the package to ensure there is no visible damage. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and suspect that the product may also be damaged, refuse to accept the package and notify us immediately by calling 064/1009-177 or by sending an email to office@nikku.rs. If the package does not appear to be damaged, you are free to receive the package and sign the courier's package address form. The courier will try to deliver each package twice. It is common practice that if the courier is unable to find you at the address they will call the phone number you supplied when creating the order and arrange a new delivery date. If you are not at the address the second time, the package will be left at the nearest post office where you can pick it up or it will be returned to us. Upon receiving the package, we will contact you to determine the reason behind the failure to deliver the package and to arrange a new shipment.

Cost of Delivery

  • Delivery to a home address in the territory of the Republic of Serbia is free of charge for all orders.
